How quickly do you feel the effects?
You should start feeling the effects within 20 minutes of consuming. If you practice intermittent fasting and you consume MCT on an empty stomach you will feel it even quicker.

Are there any side effects?Too much MCT can lead to an upset stomach, but it quickly passes. That's why we recommend starting slow if you're just starting out, with a teaspoon and then increasing to a tablespoon.

Our C8 MCT Oil Brain Fuel is food grade and is 99% pure C8 Caprylic Acid. It does not contain any C6, C10 or C12 chains. We believe that your body converts C8 and C10 chains to energy much quicker than other chains.

What is the difference between your MCT Oil C8 Brain Buel and your MCT Oil Blend?
Our Brain Fuel is 99% pure C8 Caprylic acid. Our MCT Oil Blend is 60% C8 and 40% C10. C8 is considered the most desirable coconut chain because your body converts it from fat to energy the quickest. Both C8 and C10 chains are great on keto!

Can I cook bake, fry with it?
MCT Oil has a low smoke point so we don't recommend frying it (use coconut oil instead). You can bake with it.
