How quickly do you feel the effects?
You should start feeling the effects within 20 minutes of consuming. If you are already in ketosis you may feel the effects even faster.

Add it to 8-16 ounces of water.

We recommend in the morning for a quick energy boost or before a workout for extra endurance and stamina.
Are there any side effects?
Too much exogenous ketones can lead to an upset stomach, but it quickly passes. That's why we recommend starting slow if you're just starting out, start with 1 capsule and increase to 2 as you feel comfortable.
