Are you eating too much protein? Excess protein is transformed into glycogen and keeps your body in glucose burning-mode.

Are you eating too many carbs? The amount of carbs that will put and keep you in ketosis in an individual matter and you’ll may have to experiment a bit to find your individual “sweet spot”.
